We invite you to stroll our celebrated streets for a glimpse at a past resplendent with diverse architecture and structures. During your stay, be sure to visit our array of businesses. Have a bite to eat at one of our tempting eateries; browse the gift shop; or visit the beautiful Scottsville Free Library. Formerly known as Windom Hall, the library continues to serve as a gathering place for the community.
Outdoor enthusiasts will revel in Scottsville’s natural riches! No matter the season, there’s something for everyone. Conveniently located adjacent to the NYS Greenway, trail lovers can hike, run, cycle, snowshoe, or cross-country ski for miles and miles.
Flowing through downtown Scottsville is the renowned Oatka Creek where anglers can cast their lines into one of the top trout fishing streams in the state. New York Game & Fish calls Oatka Creek “premier trout water…” and puts the Oatka …”on every trout fisherman’s A-list.”
